1. Cancelling a subscription
You can cancel auto-renewal at any time from your profile page. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the billing period you have already paid for: your access continues until then, and you are not charged again.
Cancelling does not by itself produce a refund of the current period.
2. Right of withdrawal (consumers in the EU)
If you are a consumer resident in the European Union, you normally have fourteen (14) days from the conclusion of the contract to withdraw without giving any reason.
The platform is digital content that is supplied immediately. At checkout you are asked to confirm two things: that you want supply to begin at once, and that you understand you lose your right of withdrawal once access has been granted. That confirmation is recorded with your order.
If you did not give that confirmation, or if access has not yet been granted, the fourteen days still apply. To withdraw, send an unambiguous statement to contact@research.ashfin.ch before the period expires. We will refund the amount paid, using the same payment method, within fourteen days of receiving your statement.
3. Refunds outside the withdrawal period
Outside the cases described above, subscription fees are not refundable for the unused part of a period. Advisory hours already delivered are not refundable; advisory hours purchased and not yet used can be refunded on request.
If the service was unavailable for a prolonged period, or you were charged in error, write to contact@research.ashfin.ch and we will put it right.
Nothing on this page limits your statutory rights as a consumer.
4. Termination for cause
Where a subscription is terminated for a breach described in Section 5 of the Terms & Conditions — account sharing, redistribution of content, fraudulent payment — no refund is issued for the unused part of the period.
5. How to reach us
Refund requests and complaints: contact@research.ashfin.ch. We aim to acknowledge within five working days.
